Here's a topic I'll have in my book.

All our personal conflicts in our lives boil down to only one root cause.

It's not how others treat us rather how we respond to to the way we're being treated.

Many times on Oprah Winfrey's Super Soul Sunday. I've listened to Oprah and her awesome guests talk in depth on this topic.

I think I now know what Oprah means by an "ah ha" moment!

It's when you don't just hear the words, but in that very moment in time, what you hear with your ears makes a spiritual connection within our souls.

You see peeps.

I've heard the words "each one of us is responsible for their own energy" but now that I had an "ah ha" moment ............ I GET IT!

I don't just get it ........... I understand it!

The key to absolute peace with others is not dependent on their action but "only" on how we respond or act towards that other person.

This quote says it perfectly!

You see peeps, conflict can only occur when we respond to someone with the same level of consciousness that they generated.

If we respond to anger with peace, to lying with truth, and respond with pure love to hate. We disarm the negative energy!

Kill the negative energy by starving it to death. 

"By not responding with the same negative energy, we are taking responsibility for our own energy".

Remember conflict can only exist when both people are responding with the same energy.

If no one takes the high road, a fight is the only outcome.

This spiritual truth applies to all humans who live on planet earth.

What do you think causes wars against other countries? One country gets offended and angry than the other country responds with the same level of consciousness, the outcome is the same for both individuals as it is for countries. War and needles fighting against each other ensues. 

In order for us to improve and grow spiritually, we must master this spiritual truth. Than and only than will we truly experience pure peace in our lives.

I'm spiritual not religious!

STROKE TAKES AWAY A PERSON'S SELF WORTH OR VALUE

What's on Aaron's Mind 

You know me peeps! Just keeping it real!

Being the creator of a global movement and helping 1'000's of stroke survivors worldwide you probably wouldn't think I struggle with my "self worth". I mean I survived a major brain aneurysm and stroke but I have struggle with, and do struggle with my personal self worth since day 1 of my stroke!

I think what makes our stroke extra devastating, is how stroke physically strips a person of all their self worth. By making us 100% dependant on others for our existence!

I know how that feels!

Since my stroke on September 17th 2010, I have been 1/2 paralyzed, can't speak very well, 0 fine motor skills, wheelchair bound amongst 1,000 other things stroke survivor.

To me, as a man, the largest part of our self worth or value is tied up in what we can physically do for our family.

Now, as fast as lightning strikes stroke strips away every physical ability we had that makes us physically who we are!

You ever wonder why us stroke survivors can be suicidal? We've lost our self worth! 

So how does a stroke survivor regain self worth? 
(In my opinion).

In keeping with my sister Oprah Winfrey's spiritual insight, Bad things happen for us not to us .............

The true source of a human's self worth or personal value is really being revealed to us through our stroke! We just need to be willing to allow our stroke to teach us like I have.

You see, I have found if you allow it, stroke survival will teach a person the absolute truth of life from an eternal spiritual perspective.

You see, the absolute truth is really no different for any human on planet earth.

Our worthiness or personal value can only be found in the eternal spiritual realm.

100% truth!

We are all taught from birth, that our self worth or personal value is based on the physical realm. How much money we earn for our family, How strong we are! These are attributes of only a person's physical body.

All human bodies are temporary, fleeting if you will. We call it our circle of life on planet earth.

One day we will bury this physical body, but who every human is on the face of planet earth is an eternal spiritual creature.

Stroke has taught me this truth!

How?

By physically stripping me of all my physical abilities!

We must realize what really counts. What will give us eternal lasting personal value is and can only be found at the very core of who we truly are. Your 100% a eternal spiritual being encased in a temporary human body.

Stroke is showing me this, by sripping me of all I call myself physically.

We must now seek and find the truth of our life on planet earth.

Trust me peeps!

The truth is you're a spiritual creation learning to live in a physical body.

Don't fight your stroke peeps! Always looking and longing for the life you had before your stroke.

Rather as impossible as it might seem. Let your stroke open your eyes and teach you the absolute truth to life on planet earth.

If you were to ask me if I ever thought the cataclysmic life event like stroke would be the best thing that's ever happen to me?

You would assume the answer to be no!

BUT FOR ME, IT'S NOT NO IT'S YES!

100X OVER STROKE IS THE BEST LIFE EVENT I'VE EVER HAD! (Outside of marrying my soulmate Rebecca)!

NO WAY! WHAT?

Yes!

Physically I'm really really messed up! Can't walk, Barely talk, 1/2 paralyzed, wheelchair bound among thousand other things ........... but honestly .........

In the very core of me as a man I am learning the truth to my life on planet earth!

I have come to believe and understand that my divine calling my perfect destiny in my life was to be a stroke survivor like no other on planet earth!

If I ask myself is the catastrophic pain, the utter financial ruin, the cataclysmic life shattering stroke worth coming to know the absolute truth to life on planet earth? I say 100% yes!

I have met (because of my stroke) a group of people that are flat out amazing! They have taught me the real truth behind life as a human on this planet! It's you my stroke survivors! You are the absolute reason it's all worth it for me!

What is it?

Love! Love is the key to our life here on earth! True love is not a merely a feeling. It's an action!

#2 The key to absolute satisfaction and living an abundant life comes ONLY from helping your brother or sister human on this planet.

Are they sick? You can help. Are they hungry? Feed them. Are they in prison? Visit them. Are the cold? Give them a Jacket. Among many other ways to love!

Remember love is an action not just an emotion.

BOOK UPDATE 1/15/16

Hi peeps!

After watching that awesome and inspiring video of Oprah Winfrey's, I have a 100% clear direction!

I'M THANKFUL FOR OPRAH WINFREY!

SHE INSPIRES THIS STROKE SURVIVOR LIKE NO OTHER!

So here's the direction I'm inspired to take my book!

My book will be broken down into 3 primary categories.

1. My life before stroke.
2. My life during stroke.
3. My life after stroke

How long until my book is finished?

Only God knows!

Simple! 

Yet off the hook life changing!

OPRAH WINFREY'S SUPER SOUL SUNDAY INSPIRES NEW DIRECTION FOR MY BOOK!

So I love my spiritual sister Oprah Winfrey and absolutely LOVE Super Soul Sunday!

Since my brain aneurysm and stroke September 17th 2010 there has been no greater spiritual force in my second chance on planet earth than Super Soul Sunday!

So I'm watching with a spiritual eagerness I get when I watch any episode of Super Soul Sunday!

But the episode I just watched with Dr. Eben Alexander was inspiring like never before!

You see, besides being a great Neurosurgeon, Dr. Eben Alexander and I have similar spiritual circles of life.

Like him, I also was adopted, Like him, the truth about my biological mother (she died of cancer when I was 18) I didn't know her but when I heard she had died years before from cancer it devastated me! Like him I also had a near death experience.

That brings me to my point!

In my book I wasn't clear how spiritual my book was going to be? Do I tell the world about my life transforming near death experience?

Now after watching Super Soul Sunday .............. ABSOLUTELY!

So, I promise peeps I will begin to recall more details of my near death experience and include them in my book I'm currently writing.

A SPIRITUAL INSIGHT FOR MY BOOK! 12/8/15

So as you may know, I've been wheelchair bound since my aneurysm and stroke, September, 17th, 2010.

The pain from being wheelchair bound for over 5 years has become chronic and excruciating!

So I try to stand at a standing pole every hour (ya right)! lol

The only issue is the standing pole is in the all tile bathroom, where I was taking a shower when my aneurysm exploded in my brain!

All tile! My aneurysm exploding had to drop me like a rock!

I should have been seriously hurt! Oh ya! There's an all tile bench I had to bounce off of!

You see, I have come to believe, that at the very second my aneurysm exploded, The hand of God was completely rearranging my life as I knew it on planet earth!

You may look on my outward appearance and say that poor poor man! He can't walk, doesn't talk very well, 1/2 paralyzed on his left side and 100's of other things! BUT DON'T!

I'm experiencing such a full, rich spiritual life I didn't even know was possible as a human being.

In the words of my brother Joel Osteen, God's favor is heavy on him!

 I experience the real and powerful hand of God in my life every second of every day!

He abides next to me always and everywhere.

Love like I never knew existed until my stroke.

Yes, the creator of the universe loves us, his creation, with a never ending, unconditional true and pure love.

God is not sitting on some cloud, ready to rain down fire and brimstone when you step out of line!

You see, man uses this fear in his religion to control other men! But this is not God! It's man's religion of control he's built.

God's love for us is so powerful, so deep, so pure, human words can't describe it!

SPIRITUAL INSIGHT FOR MY BOOK 11/25/15

GRATEFULNESS CHASSIS AWAY DARK ENERGY!

As stroke survivors and non stroke humans, we can be trapped by what appears to be hopeless dark energy. 

Frustrating life circumstances, depression, not getting something we want. 

These shackles of darkness are guaranteed to be broken by one thing all of our souls as human beings have inside us, is gratefulness.

As we begin with anything to be grateful for, family, friend or a spouse, a light begins to fill our hearts. Driving back the dark energy.

The more of a grateful of a soul we become, the less room the dark energy has to live in our lives.

Just start by being grateful for just being alive!

Feed gratefulness!

Make gratefulness a master in your heart 
and your life will be transformed!

Here's my spiritual take on my stroke.

I WAS BAPTIZED BUT IN A DIFFERENT WAY

Some go to a river! Some go to a lake. 

Me, I went near death, the old me died and my new awesome spiritual me arose from the waters of death! 

Oh he can't walk! Oh he may have a hard time speaking! Oh he may be 1/2 paralyzed! 

But he knows God as his friend and together they are going to influence mankind!

Here goes!

So I absolutely love Oprah Winfrey and Super Soul Sunday!

She inspires who I am spiritually like no other!

Now on every Super Soul Sunday Oprah asks the guest "what's the difference between Religion and Spirituality?

Well Oprah sister if you were to ask this stroke survivor.

(Religion) Man's religion preaches and teaches a God that "was great" "A God that used to perform miracles" "God only had a close personal relationship with only a select few humans.

WRONG!

(Spiritual) God is the Alpha and Omega! The beginning and the end! The creator of the universe in this present day we now live!

(Spiritual) God still performs actual miracles! I see him perform miracles almost every day!

It's just that mankind has stopped looking for them!

(Spiritual) I have seen God make the impossible, possible! I have seen God supernaturally break the chains and shackles of darkness that hold so many stroke survivors captive! I have seen their eyes opened to love their life once again! I have seen a stroke victim become a stroke survivor!

One word! POWERFUL!

God used to have a close relationship with a person! 

WRONG!

It's for you today! You're his creation, his child! Spiritual God longs for a close, powerful, loving relationship with you! God wants you to be thoroughly happy, successful and thrive!

For you're God's child, you're of a Royal, Spiritual bloodline! It's who you are mankind!

Seek the truth of your life on planet earth.

You are a spiritual creation!

Find that quiet place that you may hear that small, quite spiritual you! It's there! Find it!

FOR THERE IS A GLOBAL SPIRITUAL AWAKENING OCCURRING ON PLANET EARTH RIGHT NOW! LIKE THE WORLD HAS NEVER SEEN BEFORE!

So what's the big difference between religion and spiritual?

Religion is void of real, powerful living relationship with Creator God verses Spiritual is a living, powerful close relationship with the creator God!

BOOK UPDATE 10/25/15

Chapter 1

MY WALK OF DESTINY BEGINS

HEADACHES SO BAD! THEY’D BRING ME TO MY KNEES.

Several months prior to my aneurysm exploding in my brain, I would get headaches that felt like an Ice Pick was being driven into my brain!l Extreme light and sound sensitivity had me spending days and weeks in a blacked out completely quiet bedroom. Both light or sound would cause the most excruciating pain in my brain.

You see, I had been to the ER several times prior and each time I was treated for migraines and sent home. Every prescription migraine medication no matter how strong brought no relief! A pain so excruciating, I contemplated suicide to get relief. 

My primary Doctor forgot to schedule my MRI and my aneurysm exploded 1 week later!

Two weeks after my aneurysm exploded I survived a major stroke!

So sure were the Doctors I was going to die after my aneurysm exploded, they would not work on me for 24 hours. They figured why waste resources on somebody who was going to die.

So sure were they I was going to die, they held a live funeral in the hospital bereavement room for my family to say their last goodbye’s.

What the Doctors didn’t realize that it wasn’t up to them if I lived or died! It was up to the creator of the universe! He himself showed me mercy, grace and love and let me live!

SPIRITUAL INSIGHT FOR MY BOOK 10/24/15

Mankind is a spiritual creation created to have a close spiritual relationship with God

Mankind was created for one purpose and one purpose only and that was to have a real in the moment loving relationship with God our creator.

At some point mankind turned his back on his spiritual creator and chose to do things his way not God’s.

This had to break God’s heart, the whole reason he created man was to have a close, loving, 100% spiritual relationship with his creation!

But God gave man one trait needed that makes spiritual love the ultimate force on planet earth. Free will!

In order to have a truly powerful spiritual love and relationship with the creator, man must choose to love God.

Instead man used what God gave him, “free will” and chose to turn his back on God.

All the problems globally and as an individual mankind has is a direct result of mankind turning his back on God. 

I’m not saying all problems are not part of being human, but when a man turns his back on the spiritual creator, he loses the solution to all his problems. Our solution to all mankind's problems is to return once again to the truth. 

The truth is all mankind is a spiritual creation, designed to walk in close fellowship with God, to express only positive love energy.

Any of life's issues you may have, can be overcome with the most powerful force on planet earth! The creator’s love!

As man, we must return to the one that created us! We as mankind are all created to live as spiritual creations. 

If man is to return to his spiritual roots, we must realize we are of spiritual descent. Our bodies are used to express our true spiritual nature that's inside of every man on planet earth.

There is a global spiritual awakening happening right now! The truth is calling everyone on planet earth! 

Ask for your eyes and heart to be opened to see the truth of life on planet earth! All mankind is a spiritual creation.

Find your quiet place free of the distractions all around us. Only in this quiet place will you be able to hear the truth, the voice of God.

The truth is calling all mankind to awaken!
